According to a rumor by VG247, the upcoming PS3 firmware 3.0 has been described as a "huge overhaul." It seems that the PlayStation 3 will be getting a firmware update shortly to 3.0 status. At least, that’s what a new rumor is revealing. In fact, this update will set up a reputation system for the PlayStation Network.
This new system would allow you to rate and access other player’s reputations. This is very similar to the system on Xbox Live, as you may recall. At this point, we’re not sure if the rating system can lead to players being banned.
