Hay algunos puntos a tener en cuenta si esto llegase a ser cierto. Primero que nada la batería de esta rara laptop tendría muy, muy poca vida y además no está confirmado que Windows 7 vaya a estar listo el año que viene.
Habrá que esperar para ver si la gente de Asus sale a desmentir (o no) este rumor.
