OK, once again we are behind our European friends but nonetheless, the Acer Aspire one netbook with integrated 3G wireless technology from AT&T is available starting Dec. 14 exclusively at RadioShack stores nationwide for $99.99 with AT&T mobile broadband service.
The Acer Aspire One netbook is priced at $100 for customers who sign up for a qualifying two-year AT&T DataConnect mobile broadband service agreement with plans starting at $60 and (ouch!) a month. The device sports a 8.9” display, 1GB of RAM, 160GB H/D the well known Atom 1.6GH running Win/XP.

Acer’s Aspire One will be available with an integrated 3G modem for just $99.99 as of December 14th, as long as you agree to two-years of mobile broadband service from AT&T. Set to go on sale exclusively at RadioShack, as leaked earlier this week, the netbook is the 1GB RAM/160GB hard-drive model; it has an 8.9-inch display, WiFi b/g and comes in piano black finish. Yesterday it was a rumor and today it’s official. RadioShack is now offering the AT&T 3G-enabled Acer Aspire One netbook in 4,400 of its stores. The $99 offer is valid through December 24th, and requires qualifying two-year AT&T DataConnect mobile broadband service agreement with plans starting at $60 a month.
As for the specs, aside from the built-in 3G modem, the piano-black version of Acer’s netbook RadioShack is offering comes with a 8.9-inch LCD screen, WiFi connectivity, Windows XP Home, 1GB memory, 160GB hard drive, memory card reader. Intel Atom CPU is handling all the processing in the back.
