One would have thought Motorola has enough problems what with their junk credit, dropping rep, and their Android development shoving everything else out the door. And really, just what gives any employer the right to decide who a fired employee works for, surely once fired it is the right of that employee to seek gainful employment elsewhere and with whomever?
