... currently all taken, and Roku are keeping quiet on when the eventual firmware upgrade that adds the Amazon access will be released. The last update, version 1.5, was released in late December 2008.
There’s also still no word on is whether the Amazon VOD service will be offering solely standard-definition content, or HD content. The option was tipped to be coming to TiVo devices back in December, but later denied.

Being the HD snobs that we are, Amazon's all-standard-def downloads haven't appealed to us, but it's inevitable that the service will accommodate HD before too long. Because the Roku box is proven itself perfectly capable of HD streaming, that can't be far behind. Next stop: YouTube, Hulu and in-house network streaming?

This is certainly a move in the right direction for Roku, with Netflix already streaming, the additional content that will be available from Amazon is sure to keep just about anyone busy with plenty to watch.
Additionally, if you check out the image (to the right) it appears to have a YouTube logo along with Netflix and Amazon, which would lead us to believe that support will come along with the next firmware version.
