Where the difference between the original Eee’s and the S101 really shows is in the price. CNET Taiwan are saying $699 for the 32GB model and $899 for the 64GB.

Asus reveals the high-end, more expensive Eee PC S101

While the details sound good so far, the price as you would expect is quite a bit more than those original Eee models, estimates are calling for the 32GB SSD model to retail for $699 with the 64GB SSD model coming in at $899. Nothing has been announced officially, however the S101 is expected to make its debut this coming September.
