Two New Samsung Handsets Receive FCC Approval

The R860 is still a bit of a mystery at present, all we know is that it will be am all-touchscreen device, it also has 1700MHz AWS and CDMA/EV-DO connectivity, it is thought that this handset will be available from relatively small carriers.
