The VPhone V1 is equipped with a Marvell PXA310 624MHz processor, a 3.5-inch 800×480 capacitive touchscreen, a 5 Megapixel camera with auto focus, Bluetooth and WiFi. The V1 is a CDMA phone. We can expect the VPhone to come in early 2010.
