Media Sync makes filling your BlackBerry with iTunes music, playlists and album art easy and automated. If you already have Desktop Manager installed on your PC, the app should already be included, but now those riding the Macwagon can download Media Sync standalone in a preview version. BlackBerry Media Sync first came out over the summer, though they had been working on plugging into Macs since the fall.
