Sony Ericsson Adds Apps to PlayNow
PhoneArea.net — ... countries on 38 different compatible handsets. Sony will roll it out to more markets and models over the year. As part of the launch, Sony is announcing a new partnership with GetJar, which is offering its library of over 45,000 free applications via PlayNow. Sony Ericsson also said that it will begin accepting applications from developers starting July 1. PlayNow apps will initially support Java ME and Symbian OS.
