R2-D2 Backpack: Totally Geeky or Geek Chic?
GeekSugar — It's all about wearing this R2-D2 Backpack ($65) with a completely straight face as you make your way to your destination. I would personally pair it with a grown-up trench coat just to make passersbys' heads explode just a little more. Oh to be queen of irony! Ubergizmo — He ain't heavy, he's my brother. That's what I would think about toting this Star Wars R2-D2 Backpack around which confirms your geek status among the public. While it isn't able to make beeping noises, at least it holds the necessary tools to get you out of tight spots (assuming you pack those in him beforehand, of course). The white plush-like surface looks as though R2-D2 will get dirty all too easily, but then again that would add some character to the overall backpack. After all, you'll rarely see R2-D2 in a squeaky clean condition due to his involvement in helping the Skywalker clan out of trouble numerous times. ...
