Switch Table Chair looks simple and comfortable
Boing Boing Gadgets — ... actually looks rather comfortable. Cock it back on its side and the ball inside is a lounger; roll the ball out and use it as a table, albeit one that won't easily let you fit your knees underneath. It does look like a few of them have been manufactured — the designer even talks about the unique serial numbers on them — but it doesn't seem they're actually for sale.
