T-Mobile Dash refreshed in black and that’s your lot

There hasn’t been any confirmation as to whether this is simply just a colour refresh or if the T-Mobile Dash has actually gained some 3G goodness.
Windows Mobile 6 is available as an update on the T-Mobile Dash though and WiFi too, but other than that there is no more information available. Except BGR has just received confirmation that it is indeed just a simple colour refresh, how disappointing.

Yesterday, BGR got some of us pretty excited with a photo of a what appeared to be a new Dash.
Well, it turned out to only be a color refresh. Bummer. Wouldn’t it be sweet to get a buffed up, more modern Dash out there? The Dash was pretty innovative when it was released, but until yesterday, I hadn’t heard it mentioned or even seen one in public in quite some time. It’s time HTC, It’s time!

From what we know, the Dash 2 gets preloaded with Windows Mobile 6 and rocks Wi-Fi for its high-speed data needs. We can’t say for sure, but it’s also possible that T-Mobile compatible 3G connectivity has also been thrown into the mix. That’s possible, but somehow I think it’s unlikely.
