PR News: — ... up the G1 for $31.11 cheaper than T-Mobile stores. Walmart’s price is just $148.88 on a tow-year contract, so you had hurry and get the offer quick before they change their mind. Walmart it seems are just copying the deal that Best Buy has with the Apple iPhone, where they too offer a small discount. One reason why Walmart might be able to offer the G1 at a lower price, has to be their buying power, as they are able to order the new handsets in a huge volume. Source
