Built by FreeBit in Tokyo, the ServersMan@iPhone app will allow any internet connected PC to communicate with your iPhone and allow for file download/uploads as well as being able to use the webDAV protocol.
The ServersMan application is only available in Japan at the moment although there are plans to launch an English version for the iPhone as well as a version for Windows Mobile.

At this time, ServersMan is only available through the Japanese App Store but an English version is in the works and expected to be released in March 2009.
