Now a new camera from Tomy Xiao allows you to get quickly printed pictures in an instant (60 secs), the built in Zink printer creates a 3 x 2 inch borderless image, which would be ideal for people travelling who want to be able to give a hard copy of a photo to someone they meet on their way. Unfortunately the colourful 5 Mega Pixel cameras are only available in Japan at the minute, but if demand is high enough expect to see them in your local retailers pretty soon.

For that matter, I wouldn’t expect wonders from the printer, either. But I would expect the camera to print out something a mere 60 seconds after you snap the picture, which is no small feat in of itself.
The Tomy Xiao TIP-521 will be available in Japan on November 28 for about $350.
