Tree Camera doubles as really cute MP3 player, doesn't take stills
Engadget — ... bad idea, and if you're assuming this wooden camera takes snaps first and plays tunes second, you'd be terribly mistaken. In fact, The Tree Camera is actually a DAP alone (sorry for crushing your dreams), and aside from boasting a standard headphone jack, it includes 256MB of storage and plays nice with OGG, WMA and MP3 file formats. We'd say it's totally cute enough to justify the $43 price tag, and even more so if the wood used to make is, you know, real wood. Tiny wooden camera MP3 player is adorable, albeit useless
Boing Boing Gadgets — This miniature PMP in the shape of a tiny wooden camera is simply too adorable. At 256MBs of internal storage, hard max, it's essentially useless (even with OGG, WMA and MP3 support) but for $43, I could see this being a really cute little Valentine's Day gift for a girlfriend... if not for the fact that the site is in Korean and it appears to be way sold out.
