Phones Review — Last week, Velocity Mobile, at CTIA in San Francisco CA, revealed a new mobile phone, the Velocity 83, a slender Windows Mobile powered smartphone. The Velocity 83 incorporates a roomy 2.8 inch QVGA touch-screen display where the user can experience Velocity’s Odyssey user interface, which has been designed by Velocity to make things more finger friendly.
