The XCM Hyper Gear case will allow you to play games at 140%, 180%, and 66% speed. I’m pretty sure there are consequences they’re not telling us about, such as really bad battery life or perhaps heat problems, but I don’t really care; if I get myself a Lite (forget the DSi) I’m getting one of these things as well. However this may cause you to recharge the console frequently because of the load on the battery. Overclocking a handheld like the DS Lite actually speeds up your games, graphics and audio. This video will give a cleared picture: XCM will release the Hyper Gear pretty soon and you may be able to pick it up from online modding retailers like Extreme Mods and Total Console. Source
