Is This What the New iPod Nano Will Look Like? [Rumor]
Gizmodo —
Kevin Rose's Apple crystal ball has been wrong more often than not (he was sorta right about $199 iPhone), but this time he's seen a picture! He says that not only will the new iPod nano be tall and skinny and giant-screened like we've heard, he says it'll be rounded (like if the whole iPhone was shaped like its ass-side), and even provides a handy rendering. His other rumorage is all way more reasonable than his past forecasting, so they're actually possible too! - Revamp of entire iPod line. - Small cosmetic ...
Kevin Rose iPod Rumors: Price Cut, New iTunes 8.0 Features and Tall, Rounded Nano [Rumor]
Gizmodo —
Kevin Rose's Apple crystal ball has been wrong more often than not (he was sorta right about $199 iPhone), but this time he's seen pictures ("and it looks pretty cool")! He says that not only will the new iPod nano be tall and skinny and giant-screened like we've heard, he says it'll be rounded (like iPhone 3G's ass-side, but all the way around), and even provides a handy rendering. His other rumorage, like a huge iTunes update is all way more reasonable than his past forecasting, so they're actually possible too! ...

Digg founder claims knowledge of 4G iPod nano, iTunes 8.0
AppleInsider —
By Aidan Malley Published: 12:30 PM EST Digg creator Kevin Rose says he knows many details of Apple's iPod revisions for September, including what appears to be a photo of the fourth-generation iPod nano and a teaser for information of iTunes 8.0. A nighttime blog post by Rose asserts that a "significant redesign" of the iPod nano will spearhead a series of changes to the whole iPod line that should take place within the next two to three weeks. The fourth iteration in as many years would have the previously rumored tall screen but would resemble an unusual blend between the second-generation iPod nano and the ...
Kevin Rose details new iPods, iTunes, OS X 10.5.6
CrunchGear —
It’s all rumor and hearsay at this point, but Kevin seems to have decent sources, so we’ll believe him for now. Tasty salted pretzel from the corner vendor. Yum. Video detailing new iPods, iTunes and OS X after the jump. I may have to eat my hat or something now.
Latest rumors:
- Revamp of entire iPod line.
- Small cosmetic changes to Touch, Nano to see significant redesign (see pic below).
- iPods to see fairly large price drops to distance itself from the $199 iPhone.
- iPod touch 2.1 software, iPhone to get update very soon after.
- iTunes 8.0 ...
Kevin Rose Knows Apple Secrets
Mobilewhack.com —
Well it’s none other than Kevin Rose, founder of Digg, that has some interesting leaked information about upcoming Apple products. It appears that he knows Apple secrets, or at least he does have some good inside sources. If what he is saying is true, we’re going to see a totally new redesigned iPod nano ...
Kevin Rose: New iPods, iTunes coming soon
Tech Ticker —
Kevin Rose, the founder of Digg was in the news this weekend because of his rumors about the iPod line getting an update. According to him, the new iPod Nano will do away from the small fatty design to the earlier slim, tall look. The image you can see is purportedly of the Nano though it looks more of a concept. iPod Touch is also expected to receive minor design tweaks (resembling iPhone 3G?) and the whole iPod range will be aggressively priced.
On the software front, iPod Touch will move to software version 2.1 and iTunes to version 8 which Rose reckons is an altogether a new iTunes ...
Kevin Rose Predicts New iPod Nano, iTunes 8.0
Wired: Gadget Lab —
Digg founder Kevin Rose has posted a "leaked" photograph of a new iPod Nano on his blog, along with details of updates across the iPod lineup. It's kicking up a lot of dust in blog-world, but we're not so sure. Rose (who we love on DiggNation, by the way), has a history of rumor-mongering before expected Apple updates. The trouble is, he's usually wrong -- remember his prediction that the iPhone would have two batteries?
According to Rose's blog, the new Nano will look like the picture above, a kind of cross between the 2G Nano and a MacBook Air. But according to his video (below), the widescreen will run across ...
New iPod nano on the way?
DVICE Atom Feed —
Normally we’re not rumormongers here at DVICE, but this time we have two pieces of supporting evidence of a new iPod nano in the works, so here goes. First we hear Digg’s social networking guru Kevin Rose saying he’s seen pictures of a newer, tall-n-skinny iPod nano that’ll be on its way next month.
Then, we notice a rendering of a similarly-shaped case surfacing around the same time, allegedly fitting the new nano. But casting doubt on this is the mini-USB port on the bottom of that green case, something you’d probably never see on an iPod. Hmm. Still, we like this rounded shape with a screen that’s the same ...
