We've got some screenshots of the new version of HTC's TouchFLO 3D, which should be debuting on the Firestone. HTC's gone ever deeper into WinMo's UI, including every settings screen. Basically, you'll hardly know which OS you're using. TouchFLO 3D 2.5 also allows for more customization than before, including three user-defined buttons on the home screen. You have probably already seen the news about the new HTC device called the FireStone.
So apparently this device will come with a new version of TouchFlo 3D, newer than the one installed on Diamond II and Touch Pro II.
There are some improvements, in the main tab, in the calendar tab, widgets capabilities, and a new footprint tab which will now become standard.

HTC’s TouchFLO 3D UI for Windows Mobile is arguably the best way to navigate Microsoft’s platform, but now that we’ve seen the latest Sense UI on the HTC Hero it’s losing some of its gloss. Happily HTC haven’t ceased all work on TouchFLO 3D, and screenshots and a video demo of version 2.5 have emerged to whet our appetites.

While there was every reason to believe why TouchFLO 3D would be in the last stages after the announcement of Sense UI, HTC has not given yet on TouchFLO 3D. Apparently, the new version of TouchFLO 3D dubbed as Manila will be seen on Firestone, HTC’s first 8MP phone. The changes? Well, HTC has integrated most of the functions on its UI so that you don’t have maneuver through the unfriendly icons of Windows Mobile.
