PS3 smashes into Bravia - Best Sony ad ever?
Inspect-a-Gadget —
I've been quite confused by some of the Sony ads of late. Watching the Champions League you always get that huge electronic heart which is a bit too arty and doesn't really have a wow factor. Well, they must have realised they needed a wow factor because here it is. What would it look like to throw a PS3 slim into a Bravia TV in slow motion? Here's the answer. ...
PS3 slams into a Bravia LCD at 50 mph
Newlaunches.com —
For a limited time Bravia LCD's in Australia will be accompanied by a free PS3. In short Sony will be throwing away a PS3 for every Bravia purchased. To promote a forth coming advertising campaign Sony crashed a 3.2kg (7lb) PS3 meeting a stationary Bravia at 50mph head on – not once but three times. Live in your world, Crash in ours. [ Gizmag ...

Sony PS3 crashes into Bravia LCD TV at 50mph
Tech Ticker —
There is really no reason for you to crash a PS3 into an LCD unless you have a point to prove. In this case, the point for Sony Australia was to promote their latest Christmas campaign wherein a Bravia LCD buyer would get a PS3 thrown in for free, which they ...
A PS3 gets thrown into a Bravia TV
SlipperyBrick.com —
The idea here is that if you buy a Bravia TV, they’ll throw a PS3 at it for you. Or something. Clever Australian marketing. Take one 46-inch Bravia TV KDL46X LCD and launch a PS3 Slim into it at 50 MPH. It’s sure to go viral. Or so they hope.
It’s a slow motion thing of beauty. Much more graceful than watching a Wiimote assault a TV. Very satisfying. So the moral of the story is to get yourself a PS3 along with that TV, because there are better ways to connect the two.

Sony Australia Giving Away 25,000 PS3s

Through some clever use of time-scape photography and sound editing, Sony Australia makes a pretty compelling ad for their campaign to give away 25,000 PS3s. Slow-mo video of a PS3 crashing into a Sony BRAVIA HDTV is below: ...
Cruel Ads: Promote Bravia and PS3 by Crashing Them Together
Hardware Sphere —
Watch the following video before reading further:
What do you think? Can I actually call it cruel, or it’s a cool video to watch how Sony’s children clashing over each other (Between BRAVIA and PS3, of course) ? Personally, It thinks it’s really a waste! It makes those gadgets look worthless, looks just like a trash that has no value for Sony.
Well, it’s the matter of personal judgment. However, the point of this video is to promote the HDTV that will come with FREE 120GB PS3 gaming console. You can claim the free PS3 console if you purchase the certain BRAVIA ...
Nintendo DS shot through a wall
Tech Ticker —
So shooting a gadget at a stationary object just for the heck of it seems to be the new rage. We’ve seen Sony attempting their PS3 crash into a Bravia and now a French gaming mag has attempted to shoot Nintendo DS through a wall. Agreed a video of DS crashing into the wall would’ve been sweet but ...
